Due to our phenomenal growth & development of our current colleagues, we are looking to recruit an Administrator based in Daventry, Northants.
About the role
The legal support team is client facing and bridges the gap between the sales / quotes team and the lawyers. As a legal support administrator you’ll deal with a variety elements & tasks like:
- Gathering and collating information from lenders, agents and lawyers
- Creating sale contract packs
- Dealing with administrative tasks, distributing incoming emails and processing incoming post
- Answering incoming calls
- Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team
- Communicating and building relationships with legal teams and third parties in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service
Training & progression

About you

- Computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Office),
- Excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Able to manage your time and workload and have good levels of literacy and numeracy,
- You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments, this is not a sleepy back office role
