The North and South Europe (NSE) Finance Operations (FinOps) team was established in early 2021 to support the NSE geographies (UK, CH, IE, NL, IT, BE and DK) in maintaining and optimising the SWIFT (S/4HANA) platform. Since then, a diverse and comprehensive FinOps portfolio has been built comprising of several Strategic Projects (Anaplan implementation, BEAM, Alternative Delivery Model (ADM), My Dashboard, etc.), numerous Geography platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member Firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationships with Global Financial Services Shared Operations, Global Process Teams, and SWIFT Technology Teams.

We are currently looking for the positions that will support the NSE FinOps team with the stakeholder engagement and communications efforts.

The Communications Senior Assistant position will be part of the NSE FinOps central team reporting into the NSE Change Management Lead and will be focused on communications from the NSE FinOps Portfolio to its main stakeholders.

The main responsibility of the Communications Senior Assistant is the full Communications cycle from content gathering, key message definition, communications development, deployment coordination and effectiveness evaluation.

The opportunity for this role is to be part of a team working on high priority Finance projects at a European level, with great visibility within NSE Finance leadership, as well as collaborating across Geographies. Additionally, this role will allow space for creative and innovative ideas that help us increase engagement.

The main activities for the role are:

  • Support the NSE FinOps Change Management Lead with the stakeholder assessment and update
  • Support the NSE FinOps Change Management Lead with the engagement and communications planning
  • Gather information across NSE (Projects and NSE FinOps Pillars) for content development
  • Design and development of communications materials
  • Support the NSE PMO with Senior Stakeholders engagement materials
  • Support the NSE Pillars with development of ad hoc communications
  • Track communications effectiveness

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree on Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Desirable: Communications expertise
  • Proven experience in Change Management Consulting, particularly in Communications development
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills
  • Excellent English language writing skills
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Communications design.
