The Opportunity
As a Senior Architect in our team you will be part of the delivery of significant and complex projects in the Science and Industry and Technology sectors, working as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable ‘Total Architecture’ on an international scale. We are looking for talented designers who are ambitious and curious with excellent personal, written and graphic communication skills. You will lead project teams working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and support our junior architects. You will lead design development, reviewing and presenting using drawings, physical and virtual models.
If this role right for you?
As a senior architect on our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the Project Director; collaborating with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications. You will get the opportunity to participate in site based activities within our global market place, and be involved in new business development activities. Therefore you will have experience in client facing activities including business development, and experience of all stages of the design process from feasibility to handover, particular recent design and construction experience in technically complex facilities is desirable.
Requirements:
- Architect (UK / overseas qualified) with a minimum of five years post part three experience of the design and delivery of complex, highly technical projects
- Experience of working in a BIM environment is required
- Experience of Revit, rendering tools and VR etc is desirable
- Contract administration experience is desirable
