Training Operations Administrator Maternity Cover – Leading to Permanent Position
Location: Thames Valley/Basingstoke Area (Remote working)
Salary: £12 – 15 per hour depending on experience

We are an IT Consulting and Training Services Provider to the IT channel, based in the UK and delivering globally. We are accredited by HPE to deliver HPE and Aruba certification courses. But we don’t stop there.

Our company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Operations Administrator to initially cover maternity leave, potentially leading to a permanent position. The role will be to assist the Training Operations Manager with the day-to-day administration of the business.

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and tracking training courses in various locations globally
  • Liaising with venues/partners/customers pre, during and post training deliveries
  • Co-ordinating joining instructions, placeholders,
  • Working with external agencies to order training materials and merchandise
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers and account managers to resolve issues
  • Managing Outlook mailboxes, responding and actioning as required
  • Create and report on training course surveys for internal and external reviews
  • Work closely with vendors/partners/customers to manage their expectations for feedback and outcomes
  • Good experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems e.g. AccessPlanIT
  • Data entry and exporting data from the CRM system for management reporting and analysis
