Senior Application Support Analyst Knutsford to £80k

Your role:
As a Senior Application Support Analyst you will gain an indepth understanding of the company's portfolio of Cyber Security products. You'll have a broad scope of responsibilities, acting as a key liaison between software developers, customer success, product management, researchers and customers.
You will work with clients to help them deploy products in a range of environments (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines) and engage with customers to ensure they make the most of the software, collaborating with the development team to understand product features and pass on insights about how it's used in the real world.
You will also help support the sales process by supporting customers that are trialling the software, ensuring they make the most of the trial and help to convert that into a sale.

Requirements:
You have experience in a similar Application / Product Support role
You have a broad range of technical knowledge and an interest in Application Cyber Security
You're keen to work on enabling security through continuous deployment (CI/CD) in DevOps / SecOps environments
You have experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
You have an understanding of Networking technologies: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs
You have strong analysis and problem solving skills, you enjoy a challenge and love to learn
You have excellent communication and customer service skills
You're degree educated in a technical or scientific discipline, Computer Science preferred
