This role represents an excellent opportunity to join the team within Trade Services as a Senior Analyst.
It’s an exciting time for us, we're talking about the people, systems/processes, new technologies (including AI and machine learning) and implementation of new solutions we'll need to evolve our business to meet more client needs and keep pace with industry changes.
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service supporting our clients to succeed in growing their international footprint and expanding their business.
You’ll carry out a range of complex technical processes and customer service activities to support international and domestic trade transactions together with related finance agreements for customers across all business market segments and heritages.
Your accountabilities will include:

- Act as first point of contact for both clients and internal colleagues to provide updates on existing transactions via telephony and email.
- Identify and support the resolution of customer complaints.
- Accurate resolution and prioritisation of customer enquiries to deliver a high quality customer experience.
- Carry out a range of demanding processes and technical duties where interpretation and sound judgment is required, ensuring work is completed accurately and adheres to all group specific policies and procedures.

Support change initiatives, identify plans and lead others through the change.
