Calling all creatives and marketing enthusiasts! This role will be the right arm to the CEO, getting exposure to running a startup while managing a number of company accounts. Our managed solutions providers users with branding, web and search engine optimization packages. Using AI as the core of what we do, our managed products are enterprise level solutions needed top talent. We believe in hiring for personality over roles with list items. There's tons of room to grow and multiple open roles, so this form will help me figure out which you're best suited for.
The most important things to bring to this position are superb communication skills, a determination to see projects through to the finish line, and a Sherlock Holmes eye for detail. You don’t necessarily need to be an expert at any one thing or know how to do it - but you do need to be resourceful in getting it done.
High-level:
- Responsible for working and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Design, Dev, etc.
- Source and manage freelancers while assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed
- Creating agendas, managing meetings, and assigning tasks to other team members
- Keep projects and timelines on track
- Deliver proposals and maintain communication with prospects ensuring all deliverables are met
- Guide clients throughout the onboarding and technical optimization process
- Manage and relay value to clients - demonstrating marketing efforts, reporting and analytics
- Develop keyword opportunity models for content creation and refresh prioritization
- Leverage our AI to push out content pieces and optimize it as you go
- Identify opportunities for traffic growth through optimization of on-page SEO (site architecture, keyword selection, on-page factors, and scalable content) or off-page. Work on special projects.
- Setup OKR/KPI's and hold us accountable to them
- Billing clients
