We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join BVC group. This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week on a fixed-term contract basis of 9 months. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across our various locations. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.


BVC Group is an independent, fast-growing hospitality group with one restaurant in Mayfair (NAC - North Audley Cantine) and a collection of cookie shops - Crème, with plans to open a new concept this year. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across multiple sites within the group.
  • Collaborate with the site managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements for different departments.
  • Create and post job ads on various platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, interview feedback, and answering any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to review candidate profiles and provide input on candidate suitability and selection.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry or recruitment agency.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
