You will
The role requires a pro-active, motivated, and enthusiastic individual whose principal accountability is to manage the ITC (iT Cosmetics) 360 A&I strategy implementation; covering Brand Ambassadors, Paid Love, Paid Media, Content, Events and Brand Cause to drive awareness and increase the brand’s share of influence.
Key accountabilities:
Develop a 360 always-on A&I strategy alongside the Brand Engagement Manager (BEM).- Analyse and report on social KPIs regularly and use them as a driver of the 360 A&I strategy.
- Be the owner of the relationship with the brand’s influence agency, WPP.
- Manage Paid Love on ITC for middle & macro profiles and work alongside the UDIT (Urban Decay & IT Cosmetics) Assistant Advocacy & Community Manager in charge of building micro squads.
- Identify the right profiles alongside the agency and build strong relationships with Creators/Agents/Influencer agencies/Makeup Artists & Skincare Experts to create impactful and coherent advocacy activations.
- Support the BEM in contracting and managing the 3 Brand Ambassadors.
- Be the owner of the ITC Paid Media Strategy with the media agency, Essence, and work alongside the UDIT Media Assistant to ensure its implementation.
- Create and organise brand events and shoots from agency tenders to logistical rollout (profiles, guest list, content production, look & feel…).
- Launch ITC’s brand cause “Confidence at Work” in the UK, in H2 2023. Create a strong relationship and be the key contact for the NGO. Develop a 360 launch plan: social content, influencer support, event…
- Manage and help develop an Advocacy Intern profile. The latter will be an ITC Advocacy support (80%) and will be directly in charge of seedings across UDIT (20%).
