We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams. Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required. Working closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. You will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.About You
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a current professional qualification (NMC) and will carry out the role with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice would be advantageous, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £55,000 per annum - depending on experience.

About Us
HMP Belmarsh is a Category A men’s prison with an operational capacity of over 910 inmates and is located in South East London. The site houses a High Security Unit (HSU) and is regarded as the most secure prison unit in the United Kingdom. HMP Belmarsh became operational in April 1991 and is adjacent to and adjoin to Woolwich Crown Court.
