We are looking for a Senior Administrator with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing Client Services team, to help provide a first-class service and solutions to our clients and contractors alike.

Skills and Requirements
· Highly organised with strong administrative skills and ability to effectively prioritise
· Proficiency in computer systems especially Excel and the ability to quickly learn different systems and work across multiple platforms
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to work successfully cross culturally and with all levels of stakeholders globally
· Highly motivated and able to work both as part of a team and individually
Responsibilities
· Establish and develop relationships across CXC Global’s business
· Process compliance management in a timely manner, and within the agreed SLA’s, keeping stakeholders informed
· Responsible for the execution, distribution, review, accuracy of compliance documentation.
· Provide real time and regular updates on the progress of all referrals across the client portfolio
· Escalate all compliance and contract execution issues and unresponsive referrals to stakeholders within the respective SLAs and manage through to resolution
· Responsible for the stakeholder / contingent worker relationship during the compliance and contract execution process and on-going compliance data, information, and documentation management processes
· Management of appropriate, effective, timely and robust communications with external parties, including stakeholders, suppliers, contingent workers and third parties (where required)
· Ensure all data, information and documentation is thoroughly assessed against requirements and respective system/s accurately updated in a timely fashion
· Delivery of 100% adherence to compliance and contract execution requirements
· Update stakeholders for respective contingent worker data, information, and documentation amendments
· Update and liaise with stakeholders for all ongoing and expiry management for respective data, information, and documentation
The successful candidate should be naturally friendly, want to get stuck in and enjoy being part of a team delivering great results. They will have a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and the ability to plan and prioritise their work to meet targets and monitor their client onboarding status.
