Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) is a major international research institute within NDPH, and is one of the world’s leading centres for research into chronic diseases, especially heart disease, kidney disease and cancer.
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to oversee the day to day work of the cross-trial administration teams. The post-holder will work with Chief Investigators, Trial Managers and Clinical Trial Administrators to ensure the smooth-running of the trials within the CTSU. This could include working on multiple trials, assisting on the continuous development of efficient administrative and data management systems, ensuring prompt accurate processing of the trial administration and data.
To be considered for this role you will have the ability to work well independently and as part of a busy team, taking responsibility and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met. You will also have proven data entry skills, extensive administration experience and excellent communication and organisational skills.
The post is full time and fixed term for 2 years. The closing date for applications is noon on 7 July 2023.
