We are looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant for our client based in Catterick Garrison who are going through a period of continuous growth. Duties as a Senior Accounts Assistant:
- Work closely with the Head of department
- Input and maintain both Purchase and Sales ledger
- Assist with monthly management reports
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Carry out reports and assist with payroll
- Be responsible for credit control
- Inputting information
- Using various systems
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and analysis
What we are looking for:
- Holding or working towards an Accountancy qualification (essential)
- Experience in an Accounts position
- Experience using Sage (preferred)
- Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- The ability to manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
