We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment. A creative problem solver, with a strong background of in-market activation. It’s a combined role across two exciting brands, with the majority of time spent on Pampers UK and a smaller percentage on Aussie UK. So, having your finger on the pulse of UK sentiment and culture is a must. No two days will be the same, it’s fast paced and fun, and we want someone who is comfortable and confident to manage multiple projects & stakeholders at any one time. Someone who is proactive and always thinking two steps ahead about how we can go above and beyond client expectations. You will be key to ensuring our integrated creative, comms and media team deliver best in class activations with digital first thinking like our #PampersForPreemies campaign.
Key responsibilities
- The parent and bodyguard of our ideas, you are responsible for inspiring, enabling and protecting the very best work.
- Be the day-to-day business partner to the brand leaders. Be an expert in their business and the latest developments with the brand.
- Collaborate with our UK PG One Team of Comms and Media to develop and deliver outstanding work and in-market activations for our clients.
- Lead key projects – developing bespoke solutions from big product launches (like Don’t Fear The Poonami) to caleandar moment (like Halloween, Valentine’s and Father’s Day.)
- Be on the pulse of all developments in the communications landscape in particular on social platforms like TikTok and Meta, continually upgrading your understanding of what and how these can be leveraged on the accounts you work on.
- Guard brand equity, agency reputation and credibility.

Experience and skills required
- Experience working in an integrated team (or closely with media and comms teams.)
- Able to appraise and define strong integrated campaigns and toolkits, digital / social communications, planning and strategy.
- Experience collaborating with media owners on campaigns for YouTube, Meta, TikTok.
- Excellent knowledge of UK clearance processes – Clearcast, Radio Centre etc.
- Ideally (but not essential) experience within the FMCG industry.

- Leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills are essential
- Pro-active in handling multiple projects, complex situations and negotiations with a solutions-oriented approach to problems
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Fluent, articulate and confident when presenting audience insights, brand strategy and creative ideas
