The Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Account Managers to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets.
This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.
The perfect candidate will have either senior agency experience and production management experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships.
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering operational excellence

- Managing and developing key client relationships
- Managing and owning the project cycle and leading the pitch

As a Senior Account Manager within the Samsung studio team, you will be leading the Samsung Experience Store dedicated artwork and Account Management team. Your team will be responsible for creating all content and promotional material to support on new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will lead the studio team to deliver the highest possible execution of client briefs, while expertly managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders across a variety of projects, using your experience and knowledge to ask the right questions to ensure synergy across all touch points.
The perfect candidate will have strong knowledge of the ‘end to end’ process, from creative concepts to production and installation, whilst working in a client facing role. Experience of events and activations would also be advantageous.
- Be the main point of contact for the Head of SES Marketing
- Offer strategic direction for launch activity and activations
- Lead, direct and manage a team of four
- Responsible for successful delivery of all creative projects, including in-store activations and 3D window displays
- Cost concepts and present creative ideas at senior level
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the existing creative and account management team across all channels
- Oversee the delivery of multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
- Experience working within an agency in a senior account management role.
- Management of projects across both campaign and digital communications
- Management of multi-discipline teams: Account Management, Strategy, UX, Creative, Design, Production.
- Ability to identify client’s preferences, pitch and deliver innovative creative solutions
- Highly motivated and accomplished overseeing project management & delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate with authority, influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Commercially astute.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Stays calm under pressure and able to deliver to product launch deadlines.
- Approachable and confident, able to offer advice in client meetings.
