In a typical day as a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will….
- Be responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline. Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow-up by others. Responsible for achieving sales goals
- Use speciality expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for large enterprise accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving speciality sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
- Be responsible for representing HPE’s portfolio of products and services in a concise, relevant way that resonates with customers and highlights HPE’s key
- Act as the account lead for a substantial area of a corporate account or accounts whilst also driving new business
- Understand a client’s critical business priorities and supporting IT challenges and requirements
- Focus on driving value for the client, while maximizing competitive share, revenue, and margin for HPE
- Identify, qualify, and close new business that results in substantial incremental revenue and margins to HPE in addition to maintain and expand existing products
- Identify competitive strengths to drive a purchase decision

- Holding a University or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent
- Experienced in Enterprise sales within the IT industry and vertical industry, with a hunter mentality.
- Competent in the sales of IT services and outsourcing
- Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation
