Dental Receptionist
At The Dental Wellness Centre, we are dedicated to providing patients with high quality care, with cutting-edge techniques and technology. We provide a range of treatments including general dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, paediatric dentistry, IV sedation, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics. We are also an FD training practice.
We are a family-owned practice and aim to create a positive working environment for the whole team. We aim to be approachable, fair and supportive to our team members. We are keen to help push and support team members through their career development.
Since we established ourselves as The Dental Wellness Centre, we have been rapidly expanding the practice, with installation of new surgeries and offering additional services. Since we are growing, we are currently looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday. 8.45am-5.15pm

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice. Our ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, organised, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Most importantly, we're looking for a professional individual who can provide world-class customer service.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a secretarial/ receptionist/ customer service role.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Dental nurse experience or dental reception experience preferred, but not essential
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn dental software and CRM system.
- Must be comfortable with front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills ('nothing is too much trouble' attitude)
- Experience or interest in social media and marketing
- DBS check as part of on-boarding process (cost covered by practice)
Start Date: 07/08/2023 however an earlier or later start date would be considered for the right candidate
Pay:
- £10.50-£12.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
- Bonus schemes available

- Previous customer service/ secretarial/ reception role
