We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done! No two days will be the same, it’s fast paced and fun, and we want someone who is comfortable and confident to juggle multiple projects & stakeholders at any one time. Someone who is proactive and always thinking two steps ahead about how we can go above and beyond client expectations. A creative problem solver, with a strong production background. You will be key to ensuring our integrated creative and planning teams consistently deliver best in class big ideas and strategic, digital first thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Be the day-to-day business partner to the brand leaders, be the expert in their business, keep abreast of the agency’s existing services and latest developments with the brand.
- Serve as the primary contact with the client on your key projects.
- Lead and collaborate with producers, creatives, project managers and planners to deliver outstanding work for our clients. We aim to consistently deliver best in class strategy, digital first big ideas and integrated executions.
- Provide ongoing education and insight into the ever-changing advertising landscape; ensure that the latest thinking is applied to our strategic and creative outputs.
- Guard brand equity, agency reputation and credibility.
- Lead key projects for our client teams – developing above the line and fully integrated 360 campaigns on a number of projects.
- You will need to be on the pulse of all developments in the communications landscape across all touch points including digital, continually upgrading your understanding of what and how this can be leveraged on the accounts you work on.

Experience and skills required
- Experience working in an advertising agency and well versed in ATL/BTL integrated 360 campaigns, digital / social strategy and campaign development.
- Able to appraise and define strong 360 Toolkits, digital / social communications, planning and strategy.
- Ideally (but not essential) some experience on big European and Global accounts within the FMCG industry.

- Pro-active in handling multiple projects, complex situations and negotiations with a solutions-oriented approach to problems.
