Our consultants typically have at least 10 years experience of solving difficult business problems • Handpicked high-performing teams with high empathy, trust and a mindset of continuous learning Responsibilities Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well ● Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them ● Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services ● Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team ● Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques The complexity or breadth of products or teams will vary in this role, depending on the projects working Essential skills ● 6+ years of experience in delivering projects across various delivery methodologies like -Agile, Waterfall and ITIL processes. ● Ability to reflect on performances and tailor/suggest changes of working to deliver in the most efficient manner. ● Experience of continual planning process in a complex environment including planning for projects and live service delivery, identify dependencies in plans across services, coordinate delivery and sustain service delivery. ● Experience in handling commercials of the project. Acting as point of contact for other suppliers ● Excellent communication skills to manage the needs of technical and business stakeholders and to interpret them. ● Handling finances for the project - balance cost versus value, crafting business cases, identifying business-value propositions. ● Ability to manage the delivery by managing the pace and tempo, actively addressing the risks, issues and dependencies including those that exist outside the team. ● Experience in handling Service management- taking responsibility for the provision of current services ensuring the continued needs of the customer are addressed and accounted for. ● Excellent team player and leader to bring people together in a team.
