Senior Account Executive
B2B Saas Start Up
London/Hybrid
£50-70K+ Commission
We are searching for a talented Senior Account Executive for a fantastic B2B Saas company. This exciting start up provides software and services to music labels, creators, and brands to help them launch, grow, manage, and monetize communities on platforms.
The Senior Sales Account Executive will help them build their company, team, and product from their London office. As a Senior Sales AE, you will be at the core of building a business that is changing the foundation of fan engagement, as they look to you to help unlock new verticals, particularly gaming & entertainment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup just as they begin their expansion. Over the next few years, you'll be working together to build the fundamentals of their product, culture, and business. They’ll be launching new products, growing the team, and building a long-term growth engine.
Responsibilities:
You will become a sales lead for the company, and own the pipeline for gaming and entertainment, delivering a strategy to hit growth targets.
You will help validate the company's market fit in new verticals and then build the team & processes to scale around those verticals.
You will work closely with the product team to increase product fit, establishing a strong culture of feedback loops and directly feeding into the roadmap.
You will act as an evangelist for the company in the marketplace.
Once you’ve validated new segments, you’ll build fast-moving and open-minded sales teams as necessary, dictated by the pipeline and sales strategy, whilst motivating and maintaining a high-performance sales team.
You’ll compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities.
You will step into a player-coach role, wanting to sell, but having the experience to start guiding the business on processes & systems to help us scale.
You will sell on day one, but they want to give you a platform to grow into a sales leadership role as the company grows.
Experience:
You have 5+ years of experience working in sales, including SaaS, with an eagerness to sell on day one, but an ambition to grow into a leadership sales role in time.
You live in London as this role requires some office time as well.
Ideally, you’ve worked with an early-stage start-up through a scale period.
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have a bias towards action. You ‘get stuff done.’
You love working with teams and building relationships across the business and with external customers and stakeholders.
You are driven by honesty, and transparency & are comfortable with feedback.
You have the ability to ensure financial and data oversight is of the highest calibre, whilst leveraging data to make decisions.
You have excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities.
