Now Trends, a leading London-based fashion and retail recruitment agency with an international presence, is currently seeking a sales assistant for our esteemed client's high-end furniture and decoration store in London. Our client is a renowned brand known for their expertise in furniture, design, and decoration. They are seeking an enthusiastic sales assistant to join their team and contribute to the continued growth and success of their business.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional client service experience, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Build strong rapport with customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Efficiently handle and organize product deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proactively drive sales by effectively promoting products, providing expert advice, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
  • Embody the brand's core values and adhere to merchandising principles, maintaining an attractive and well-stocked store environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales assistant, with preference given to those with experience in furniture or luxury retail. However, individuals with a background in other retail positions will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated passion for decoration, design, and luxury furniture.
  • Creativity in visual merchandising, with the ability to create captivating store displays.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • This is a full-time position, and candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship. Applicants must already be residing in the UK and possess the right to work in the country.
  • The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum for the right candidate , with an additional £3,000 annual bonus.

Applicants must be willing to work on weekends and bank holidays. Please refrain from applying if you prefer to work only from Monday to Friday.
