Job Title: Senior 3rd Line Technician

Location: Leeds

Salary: up to £50K

We at Shift F5 are looking to recruit a Senior 3rd Line IT Engineer for our client based in Leeds. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing 3rd Line support in the computer support industry. The role will include being responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues and leading projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd Line IT support and resolving complex technical issues
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing technical advice
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure
• Lead IT projects
• Provide training and support to junior colleagues

Technical Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in providing 3rd Line IT support
• Expertise in installing and configuring hardware, software and networks
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange
• Experienced in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of security, monitoring and maintenance
