LARA Search are searching for a highly motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students!
You will be a vital member of our team, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures our students' academic and personal growth. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and organization.
- Build positive relationships with students and families.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs, including ASD, Complex Needs, and Challenging Behaviour.
- Available immediately to work as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS.
