Your next role
We are seeking an experienced SEND Professional to work across the statutory service to support the learning and development of our EHCP Co-ordinators and to establish a sound practice model that reflects current legislation. You will work closely with the team to develop a set of professional core standards and implement a training programme that builds upon existing practice. You will retain a 20% caseload as part of this role.
Based in Children’s Services, we are looking for an individual to work within the Education Directorate, operating at a strategic and operational level.
As a member of this innovative team, you will be a dynamic and forward-thinking team player with a vision to drive forward a range of initiatives and be prepared to meet the challenges of a changing and developing service whilst taking forward the SEND Improvement agenda.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
