Skilled Production Operatives
Full Time, Permanent, and Weekly paid on Fridays.
Location:
Spalding Road, Bourne, PE10 0AT
Shifts and Pay:
Day shift, 4 on 4 off, 5am - 5pm OR 07.30am - 19.30pm - £11.17 per hour
Night Shift, 4 on 4 off, 5pm - 5am OR 19.30pm - 07.30am - £12.67 per hour

Bourne specialises in making prepared fruit, leafy salads and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,100 people and forms part of the Bakkavor Salads sector in the UK
The Role
Our business’ key selling point is our handcrafted products and it is essential that we have a hard working, committed team to meet our high standards of quality in all our products. The role will include working on a production line and in a production team to ensure products are made to high standards. You will be working in a small / line team ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures are followed at all times.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have previously worked in similar role within a fast-paced production environment
- Have a good understanding of food safety best practice.
- Know how to work as part of a team
- Have an excellent attention to detail
