Commission based Salary: £25,000–£100,000+ per year
Location: Work from home, anywhere
gLocalAgents is hugely different from a typical estate agent or franchise; our partners are high-income earning independent business entrepreneurs, working on commission (NO SALARY, ONLY COMMISSION)
Key Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience required
- A passion and dedication to build your own brand
- You will need to travel for 25% so must be comfortable with travelling.
- A passion for property is vital for this opportunity.
- Good networking and a proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships are key
- Confident communication skills both personal and professional
- Negotiation skills
- Sales skills
- Marketing skills
- Customer Service skills are highly required
- A desire to improve the estate agency industry
- The ability to work independently
- Organised with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple leads to maintain a steady pipeline of new business
- The willingness to go an extra mile
About the Role
- Liaising with clients
- Arrange and host the viewings.
- Negotiation of properties when required
- Lead generation for self-business
- Managing landlord relationships throughout the process
Supplemental pay types:
