Job type: Self Employment/ Full time/ Freelance

Working hours: Flexible

Working days: Flexible

Commission based Salary: £25,000–£100,000+ per year

Location: Work from home, anywhere

gLocalAgents is hugely different from a typical estate agent or franchise; our partners are high-income earning independent business entrepreneurs, working on commission (NO SALARY, ONLY COMMISSION)

Key Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience and high dedication for being a successful entrepreneur is highly preferred
• A passion to build your own brand
• You will need to travel for 25% so must be comfortable with traveling.
• A passion for property is vital for this opportunity.
• Good networking and a proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships are key
• Confident communication skills both personal and professional
• Negotiation skills
• Sales skills
• Marketing skills
• Customer Service skills are highly required
• A desire to improve the estate agency industry
• The ability to work independently
• Organized with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple leads to maintain a steady pipeline of new business
• The willingness to go an extra mile

About the Role

• Liaising with clients
• Arrange and host the viewings.
• Negotiation of properties when required
• Lead generation for self-business
• Managing landlord relationships throughout the process
• Be your own boss with complete freedom
