THIS ROLE REQUIRES COVERAGE ACROSS THE CF POSTCODE AREA, HOWEVER THE MAJORITY OF JOBS ARE IN THE CARDIFF BAY AREA WITH TRAVEL EXPECTED UP AND DOWN THE A470 TO OUTER REGIONS ALSO.

Job Description
To produce accurate and timely reports at properties such as inventory checks and checkouts, using software in the field, meeting strict quality targets and client SLA’s. Provide excellent levels of service and build relationships with clients to maximise business opportunities.
You will be carrying out property inspections and requirements for Estate and Lettings Agents within the postcodes listed so customer service, flexibility, organisation and enjoying independence are key!

Key Responsibilities
- Submit comprehensive, accurate reporting daily on a right-first-time basis.
- Embrace and demonstrate the Vibrant Values and Ways of Working on every interaction.
- Learn and use in-house systems for processing work.
- Build effective and warm relationships with clients in the area to enhance service delivery.
- Attend weekly team conference calls and feedback sessions.
- Undertake inventory services on properties.
- Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work.
- Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory’s, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs, floor plans and much more – all included through Vibrant e-Learning to increase your skills and amount of jobs you can complete!!
- Submitting a monthly invoice on the correct templates on time.
Skills
- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle and insurance cover.
- Must have home broadband to be able to upload work and attend team calls.
- Must have or be willing to have an iPad that runs iOS13+ to complete the role.
- Be self-motivated and work under your own initiative as well as feed into part of a wider network team.
- Show flexibility and adaptability to support the team overall and deliver results.
- Be eager to learn and be invested in your own development, supported by Vibrant.
- Diligent, trustworthy and respectful when working in clients homes.
- Desirable – experience in the property sector.
