Security Team Member (Night Shift) Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Team Member to join our team for night shifts. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. Your presence and professionalism will ensure peace of mind for all, contributing to a positive experience at our establishment. This is a position with a competitive hourly rate of £12. Key Responsibilities: Security and Surveillance: Monitor the premises, including entrances, exits, and common areas, to deter and detect any security threats or suspicious activities. Access Control: Control and record entry and exit of guests, staff, and visitors, ensuring the proper identification and authorization of individuals. Crisis Response: Act promptly and decisively in response to security incidents, including disturbances, emergencies, or breaches of security protocol. Crowd Management: Maintain order during busy periods, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management, reporting incidents and concerns promptly. Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to guests when required, always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, including fire safety, evacuation, and first aid. Documentation: Complete detailed incident reports, maintaining accurate records of security-related activities. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other security team members and staff to ensure a coordinated and safe environment. Qualifications: Security Experience: Prior experience in a security role is preferred, but training will be provided for exceptional candidates with the right attitude. Vigilance: A strong sense of alertness and the ability to stay focused during night shifts. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and reliability in previous roles. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
