The Role - Security Supervisor

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Security Supervisor to help with the day to day running of the security on site. This is a full time role at 60 hours a week, working 12 hour shifts being 6am – 6pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, off Friday, off Saturday.


Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Compiling staff rotas, dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
  • Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
  • Briefing their teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
  • Maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, ensuring staff have adequate first aid and fire safety training
  • Recruiting, training and helping staff reach their professional development goals
  • Devising work schedules and implementing deadlines
  • Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
  • Conducting performance reviews
