This unique opportunity offers a home working environment however the successful candidate will need to live within commutable distance to Reading and attend site as and when required (approx once a month for team meetings). This role may alos include some European travel. The role will complete CCTV audits of European sites, making sure there have been no changes on cameras, checking building plans against original specifications meaning an eye for detail is a must. A CCTV License is required. Responsibilities To Supervise, oversee and assist in the day-to-day operations and management of all Global Security systems deployed across the European Region. To Assist in the management of the reviewing and retention of CCTV recordings and access records when asked to do so following any reported incidents Monitor systems and device alarms for European sites and respond to any issues identified or reported including display repeated faults or irregularities. Manage complete inventory of security systems technology including CCTV, access control, asset. Working with the Systems Operator, provide support with database, systems information and data to the Global Systems team as required. To Support ID Badge cell requirements. With the Regional Security manager, travel to inspect and commission new security equipment installations to ensure that installation, corporate practices, procedures and standards are maintained. Assist the Regional Security Manager in the review of new sites and projects in defining the security design & equipment, scope of work, budgets, its deployment and installation as per the required corporate levels security. Work collaboratively with Global Facilities/Site Services Teams, and Security Integrator to create project SOW. Work collaboratively with FM to monitor security projects milestones To program new site security equipment onto the corporate Access Control system, this includes but is not limited to panels, door devices, and alarms. Commercial Support Work collaboratively with FM to raise Shopping Carts (SC) and Purchase Orders (PO). Track and provide relevant data for SC’s and PO’s. Review vendor invoices. Assist the Regional security Manager with Budget planning. Ensure a monthly overview of budget spent compared to budget allocated To assist in employee expense claims. Obtain “No Dues Certificate” from the vendors and suppliers on quarterly basis.
