You will be managing daily requirements of the Security and Front of House team. If you have a wealth of security experience, and leadership skills, then this will be the job for you! This position will require you to be flexible, working 60 hours per week from Monday to Friday 0700 to 1900. You will be in charge of the following: Carry out active monitoring of team members. Reporting to the client on any incident in the team that may have an operational impact on the clients activities. Prepare a quarterly schedule for different services provided by the agents on Site. Ensure the control and the good implementation of the monthly schedule. Notify the client at least 48 hours in advance if an additional agent or a replacement is required. Produce, at the clients request, specific reports on the activities of manned guarding team members. Participate in meetings/workshops with the different managers on Site in order to establish internal procedures. In the event of a breach/incident caused by a manned guarding staff member, inform the client without delay. If required, be available, within maximum two hours, to take over the position of an agent who has been unable to perform his or her duties. Ensure the exchange of information and instructions from the client to the members of their team. Participate in monthly assessments. Carry out annual evaluation of team members and share it with the client. Actively participate in the selection, onboarding, training processes of new team members. Actively participate in the handover process, supporting local Security Department and the new supplier’s team.
