The main duties will be:

  • Customer relations & Health and safety assurance.
  • Positive responses to conflict in accordance with Company procedure and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Assisting with security operatives and law enforcement agencies, working lawfully to deter criminal activity.
  • Following Company data & incident reporting procedures.
  • Follow Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
  • To carry out all duties assigned by a Client or Manager that you report to
  • Understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures.
  • To conduct yourself, always, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate confidence and ability when dealing with sensitive matters, have a passion for safety first and approach all situations with a customer focused priority.

The right candidate will be able to:

· Work collaboratively within a team.

· Work with the police and other law enforcement agencies, attending court if required.

· Have experience in critical thinking, problem solving, have excellent communication skills and be flexible.

· Has good local knowledge and are graphically aware of the area in which they are deployed.
