Job description
You will be covering the day shift on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern which will include some weekends. Some cover may be needed for night shifts.
Main Duties
Meeting and greeting visitors at the reception doors and working in a state of the art control room.
Issuing visitors passes to guests.
Notifying Managers of their guest’s arrival in a timely manner and relaying any messages as appropriate.
Ensuring the security of the building to prevent unauthorised access to the main offices.
Providing visitors with excellent customer service e.g. – accurate directions to their destination, offering refreshments, assisting with baggage etc.
To succeed in this role you will need the following:
SIA SG or DS licence and First Aid training is essential
CCTV licence would be an advantage
Experience working in a corporate environment
