Criterion Hospitality are seeking professional Security Officers to join our existing team to help to maintain its current business needs to a high standard.

We are seeking flexible, motivated individuals who can multi-task and make a measurable contribution to the continued success of Kingsland Shopping Centre. Full training and uniform will be provided.
The role is critical to ensure our operational day-to-day frontline services work like clockwork. A typical shift for someone who is self-motivated could include dealing with tenants and visitors, attention to detail, good communication skills and reporting skills. Greeting tenants and visitors, regular patrols, lock and unlocking access, key holding and keeping all areas secure and following site rules and regulations for tenant, contractor access and car parking access control.
We are looking for people who communicate well, have a strong sense for reliability, care and understand the importance of being smartly presented in uniform at all times.
Ideal Experience:
- Min 3 years working in security services in a customer facing environment
- Problem solving and conflict management
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor/Guarding licensed
- Valid Public Space CCTV licensed preferred
- Right to work
- Min 5-year checkable work history with previous security experience essential
- IT literate
- First Aid qualified
