What You Will Do as a Security Officer

You will be part of our first-class security team ensuring the safety of the public and staff both in the public and private areas of the museum, in addition to protecting the property and its collections. You will be expected to monitor and check passes, carry out patrols and monitor CCTV. We will require you to always show professionalism and deal with any issues found during your day with integrity and efficiency.
When necessary, you will need to respond to enquiries from members of the public politely, helpfully, and confidently, directing customers to the appropriate sources of help, therefore excellent customer service skills are required.

- Full Time - 36 hours per week, variable hours
