Position: Security Officer

Shift Pattern: 4 Days 7am to 7pm 4 Off 4 Nights 7pm to 7am
Location: Close to London Bridge
Ward Security are working with a high profile client to recruit a Security Officer to join their current team, Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses. Security services include: CCTV security systems, property management, guard dog security, key holding services, security guard patrol services, response alarm systems and more. With over 1000+ of our amazing people operating nationally.
As a Security Officer you will be the access control to the building meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and staff, you will be vigilant and be the first point of call for any suspicious activity. Within this you will carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and provided information to all staff and visitors.
You will need to be physically fit as you will be required to stand on your feet for a minimum of 10 hours per shift, you will have excellent communication skills as you will be representing our client to high calibre and you will be working as part of team for a client that welcomes and encourages internal career progression.
This role is a great opportunity for someone that has recently obtained their SIA guarding licence as you do not need to have any experience as there is a dedicated team that can help you understand the industry, all they ask for is you bring a positive attitude. You will to have basic computer skills as you will need to be writing reports.
