Job overview
We are currently seeking individuals with outstanding customer service skills to become Site Access Officers; you will be based at one of the businesses most prestigious clients sites in Merthyr Tydfil
On a day to day basis you will be;
- coordinating access and egress from site; using software via a tablet,
- liaise with department heads to manage flow of visitors,
- carry out brief site inductions for new visitors,
- ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors; including adherence to COVID 19 guidelines
and the use of a thermographic camera,
- ensuring standard operating procedures of the site are adhered to,
- ensuring the site is secure and monitoring and reporting any potential threats,
- coordinating visitors and deliveries around site.

Prerequisites
- Proven ability in a similar field i.e. customer facing roles. (essential)

- Take pride in appearance and adhere to the clients requirements regarding uniform and PPE.
