Job description
As a Door Security you will be an essential part of the venue, maintaining high level of customer care and safety. Individuals should be able to work in Bars and commit to regular weekend working.Responsibilities:- Provide a professional & friendly welcome to the venue for all patrons- Screening a person's suitability to enter the venue - ID Check- Conduct searches if necessary- Handle incidents inside & outside the venue- Monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance- Provide first aid or emergency assistance as neededQualifications:- Proven work experience as Security or similar role- Knowledge of security operations and procedures- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong observational skills and attention to detail- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time- First aid certification is preferredWe offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.Location: DalstonHours: Fri & Sat 8pm - 2amJob Types: Freelance, Zero hours contractSalary: £14.90-£15.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountTransport linksSchedule:Night shiftWeekends onlyExperience:security: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:First Aid Certification (preferred)SIA (required)Work Location: In person
