What You Will Be Doing
- To provide a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and staff at the hotel, whilst always maintaining a professional image
- Maintain all aspects of Security as well as Health and safety in the Hotel, ensuring all company policies and legal requirements are adhered to.
- To protect the assets and interests of the hotel, its guests, and staff to allow the hotel to always operate effectively and safely as well as monitor loss Prevention, Theft, Damage, injury, and liability of all guests and staff.
- To assess and report potential loss situations in the hotel in order that accidental loss may be prevented.
- Assist with guest or staff-related investigations, where required To report and investigate all thefts and criminal offenses occurring in the hotel and during the tour of duty, record all relevant incidents in the occurrence book

- Previous experience within hospitality or a service-based industry is an advantage, but not essential.
