Gravity Sketch
Full Time Remote 10.56 - 12.04 GBP Today
Job description

About us:

Gravity Sketch is the category leader solving the challenges faced by teams that design 3D products. Our platform enables teams to create and communicate 3D ideas in the quickest and most intuitive way possible - whether they are globally distributed or in the same geography.

The platform is changing the way companies like Adidas and Ford carry out their day-to-day design work, helping to increase creativity, productivity, collaboration and compressing time to market. We take a B2C approach to B2B, nurturing a large community of highly engaged design and engineering professionals using the product to redefine their digital design workflow.

The Gravity Sketch platform is accessible across VR, tablet, and web-based applications allowing users to integrate GS seamlessly into their workflow.

Our Culture

We’re a lean but ambitious team of 85+ spread across the globe. We may be geographically spread out, but we’re tied by our mission to radically change how teams communicate ideas spatially and expressively from anywhere!
Our focus is on output and getting the work done, not counting the hours you work. We appreciate that everyone has their own optimum setup, so provide flexibility in terms of when and where you get work done.

Our Values

  • Impact

  • Ownership

  • Team on A Mission

Our values are at the heart of our culture, we encourage everyone to experiment, bring new ideas to the table, and challenge one another in order to arrive at the best solutions for our users.

Trust is another fundamental, which is echoed through autonomy of our work. We rely on each other to be resourceful, make decisions quickly, give honest feedback, ask for help, or do whatever needs to be done in order to make a positive impact on the team, users, or business.

We work hard, and know how to have fun too; with company trips, socials, sports, gaming sessions and more. We welcome you to share your hobbies with the team so we can all try something new!

Role Overview:

The Education team at Gravity Sketch plays a key part of our go to market strategy. We invest in the design leaders of tomorrow, empowering talented students across the world with a tool to more effectively communicate their design intent, by bringing 3D to the sketching and ideation phase of their design process. The students we work with adopt Gravity Sketch into their personal workflows, bringing it into industry when they graduate. Many students we have worked with now enjoy successful careers at some of the world’s top automotive and footwear design brands. Our goal is to continue to educate students across the globe as to how Gravity Sketch can improve their design workflow, and create incredible opportunities for them as they begin their careers. We also play a key part in supporting our internal marketing and sales functions, telling the stories of new and innovative ways of working, and supporting the talent pipeline of our customers and prospects.

We are looking for a Program Manager to bring the support we provide to our universities to the next level of scale and efficiency. You will work closely with the Education Program Director to align on strategy and focus, but you will be empowered to work autonomously and get creative, experimenting with new ideas for initiatives. We pride ourselves on a culture in which you won’t be afraid to fail, as long as you fail quickly and bring the learnings with you. You will work with our account managers to build a playbook for how we support our universities, and drive adoption and advocacy in students and professors. You will also work to engage the wider education community, outside of our 30 key universities, driving one-to-many marketing and engagement campaigns. You will take ownership of our Ambassador programs, which have seen great success training students and faculty. You will be energised to drive these programs forwards and scale up their success.

Requirements:

  • Some experience working with higher education at a SaaS company

  • You are a creative problem solver, excited to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

  • You are able to conceptualize and execute quickly on ideas to drive product engagement and advocacy.

  • You can identify how to scale successful experiments, and are able to let go of the ones that don’t work.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to work autonomously, with limited supervision.

  • You proactively look for problems to solve, and are able to prioritize your projects according to the impact they will drive.

  • You take ownership of your programs, taking initiative and working proactively towards the team’s goals.

  • You take responsibility for their success, and continually work to improve them as you learn along the way.

  • You are unafraid to ask questions and get the support you need from the wider team to drive towards goals.

  • You are a team player - you constantly look for ways to support the Education Team in achieving their goals, as well as opportunities for the team to support the goals of the wider company.

  • You support your colleagues and enjoy working collaboratively.

  • Results-oriented: you are able to set yourself challenging metrics to measure the success of your programs.

  • You are motivated to drive results, and you use data to make informed decisions and continually improve the initiatives you run.

Benefits:

  • Socials & a biannual global meet up: we are passionate about bringing everyone together whenever we can, this helps build tighter bonds and alignment.

  • Enhanced parental leave policy (maternity and paternity)

  • Cyclescheme & Techscheme

  • Chance to work at a fast growing start-up changing how the products of the future are designed, and exposure to a transparent startup journey

  • Real work ownership - you drive your own initiatives and have an opportunity to take your work all the way through to launch.

  • Opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading design companies

  • Transparent insight into the startup journey, plus unparalleled learning if you’re up for the challenge!
