Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer at Dynamic Yield, you will be working alongside senior designers on our creative team to design visual materials for our marketing initiatives. You will be an integral part of the marketing team - brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating across the department and company to bring projects to life from concept to execution. We're looking for people with a strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and a desire to make B2B marketing beautiful.

- Thorough understanding of creative trends in tech, branding, advertising, and related fields.
- Unique ideas with a willingness to take creative risks but also follow and interpret creative direction.
- Proven experience owning design projects from ideation to delivery; including landing pages, campaigns and cross-functional design projects.
- You're organized and dependable. Your layers are grouped and named and your projects are always packaged and linked.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and initiate soundboarding sessions.
The Task at Hand
Design at Dynamic Yield is never boring. We have a wide variety of design requests across all areas of the business. For this role we're looking at the following core areas for you to bring your creativity and passion;
- Working with the wider design team to develop the visual design of landing pages across our site, as well as owning the creation/redesign of them from brief to developer notes.
- Design website graphics based on real life customer use cases that can sit on slides or on the web,with experience writing clear developer notes to bring the use cases to life if required.
- Work from strategic briefs to design content across various social media and advertising platforms to promote demand generation, events, HR-related initiatives, new marketing content, and more.
Other things you might find yourself working on include;
- Designing internal & external-facing marketing presentations & sales collateral.
- Supporting withevent marketing materials such as signage, branded swag, invites, brochures, flyers and other miscellaneous pieces.
- Working with other members of the marketing team to help design guides, e-books, reports, case studies, and more.
Qualifications:
- Several years experience as a designer in an in-house brand or agency setting
- Strong online portfolio with a variety of design work highlighting real world digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and territories, particularly website design and digital assets.
- Proficient in Adobe CC (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AdobeXD). Figma skills are a strong plus
- Strong working knowledge of Google Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally (working with product teams is a plus).
- A strong understanding of design, including typography, layout, color, messaging hierarchy and other fundamentals
- Ability to design iteratively based on feedback from team members
- Experience in digital-first or fast-growing startup a strong plus
- Experience in UX/UI design and HTML/CSS - a plus
- Motion design (After Effects) and video editing (Premiere Pro) skills are a plus, but not essential
- Salary Range: $80-100k
