Job Introduction Sodexo is hiring dedicated Security Officers in Slough (SL1). What you’ll do: Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents Enforce company policies and procedures Complete details reports on incidents and observations What you bring: You must have an in date SIA Door Supervisor Licence A CCTV Licence would be desirable, but is not essential Proven experience as a security officer or relevant positions Strong observational and communication skills Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater. Package Description SECURITY OFFICER 2 day shifts, followed by 2 nights, then 4 days off Averaging 43.5 hours per week £11.37-£12.95 per hour + Sodexo Benefits Full uniform and training provided Free parking onsite Staff shop on site 20 days annual leave increasing to 25 with service
