As they continue to experience rapid growth and expansion, we are searching for a passionate Health and Safety Officer to join their dynamic SHEQ Team based in Southend
Key Role Highlights:
✅ Implement new legislation and company standards for site compliance.
✅ Conduct safety audits, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
✅ Champion effective SHEQ communication and support project managers.
✅ Investigate accidents, evaluate risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
✅ Drive improvements through reporting, training, and data analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain high standards.
Requirements:
✅ GCE/GCSE education
✅ NEBOSH or Tech IOSH equivalent qualifications
✅ Essential: NRSWA Supervisor, H&S Experience, CDM Regulations awareness, good IT skills, ability to work under pressure, proactive nature, team skills, site auditing experience, driving license
✅ Desirable: NEBOSH NGC, IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
