We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
- build the vision and roadmap for our predictive analytic products driving successful outcomes for our clients
- work closely with our quant team, making sure Data Science is at the heart of everything we do
- promote your products, drive adoption, build business cases to present to Senior stakeholders
- be data driven and OKR focused- continually measure the impact of your products as they evolve
- bring your energy and evangelize the product vision with the team, your colleagues and clients
- be curious, ask the right questions, find the right problems to solve
- be passionate about Product, continually learning and sharing new techniques with our Product community
- be Agile
Your team
You will be working in the Global Markets Technology Enhanced Sales team in London or New York. This rapidly expanding global team is responsible for developing capabilities to empower sales with predictive analytics and streamline their workflows. This drives better partnerships with our clients and allows our salespeople to manage clients more effectively
Your expertise
- 5-10 years of experience of Product Management across any industry using Agile methodologies.
- passionate about learning new business domains, new technologies, innovation and user centered design.
- ability to multitask, manage multiple products and stakeholder groups globally.
- experience developing digital products across any industry OR generalist knowledge of trading one or more Investment bank products- FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Derivatives or Financing. Specific experience with FX, Credit or Equity Prime Brokerage a plus.
- inquisitive, mature and able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- fluent in English to support local client base.
- inclusive mindset, eager to collaborate across many diverse teams
