Key Expectations:
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and professional individuals with a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude to work within a small team, responsible for the security of the Resort.The role is to support the team in a full time capacity, working 4 days on, 4 days off on a rota basis, shifts range between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. (Nights only).
Duties within the role will include, but not limited to:
- Carrying out regular foot patrols of the resort, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, team and our resident Guests
- Being the first point of contact for our team / guests and dealing with emergency situations promptly and efficiently, from emergency evacuations, confrontation, suspicious activity, to first aid situations
- Welcoming Guests to the Theatre, and checking Resort passes
This role is ideal for those who have worked within the security industry and have a current SIA licence (Security Industry Authority), wishing to branch out into the security industry within a Resort setting.
About You - Key skills and experience:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Proven experience of working within a similar role
- The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with our guests
- A full clean Driving Licence would be desirable
- First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable but not essential as training will be given)
- Computer literate
