Job description
Our firm is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect company property from theft, vandalism and other threats. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication and analytical skills, good judgment and a proven track record of identifying potential problems. The Security Officer is responsible for preventing illegal entry into our building and will coordinate activities with on-site security and outside law enforcement agencies.
SIA License ( Must Have )
SEASONAL WORK
Must be able to work 5pm- 1am or 6pm-2am
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all required duties as specified in the assignment instructions for the site
- Be a highly visible and proactive security presence
- Ensure safety of customers and all staff
- Conduct regular Health and Safety patrols, report and escalate any issues found
- Meet and greet staff and visitors and be the first point of contact for any issues
- Ensure a positive customer experience for all visitors/customers
- First responder when alerts or faults need investigating
- Ensure all exit and evacuation points are kept clear at all time.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
