Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Officer to join us at First Response Group working at an immersive entertainment district in central London.Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the client’s employees, visitors, and associated property. Security Officers will be tasked with patrolling designated areas, responding to safety and security threats, and establishing a security presence across the site.Shift Details:12.25 Hour shifts.4 on 4 off shift pattern.Days and nights.£13.55 per hour.Key responsibilities of the Security Officer include:Protecting the integrity, security, and safety of the site, its employees, guests, and visitors.Protecting the company’s assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.Investigating security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour.Ensuring all mandatory positions are manned and all staffing requests are being fulfilled.Responding to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.Completing reports.Completing site administration duties.Ensuring compliance with government regulations.Delivering the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group.This Security Officer role is for candidates with an SIA Door Supervisor Licence and previous experience in a similar environment as a Security Officer or Security Guard.Benefits:SIA upskilling and licence renewals.Holiday allowance of an average of 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata.Referral Scheme - earn £100 voucher for every successful referral.Private Healthcare package which includes GP24 and access to the Employee Assistance Program.Continuous professional development.Death-in-Service.Statutory Pension.Uniform.Industry-leading pay rates.Additional Information:Must be able to work on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern on both days and nights.Essential Skills:Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.Must have the right to work in the UK.Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments.Have a high level of self-presentation.Be punctual and reliable.High levels of written and verbal communication skills.Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong customer focus.Desired Skills:The ability to work proactively and use intuition.Have a keen attention to detail.Strong literacy and numeracy skills.Adaptable and responsive.Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.Ability to remain alert and aware of surroundings.About Company:First Response Group (FRG) is a total security, risk, and facilities management solutions company.We are leading the way with new technologies and training and development to deliver a first-class service to our clients.What makes us different is our people.
