We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Security Officer to join our fast-paced team. The Security Officer is responsible for effectively responding to any security situations that may occur at work or at nearby schools within our district. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in law enforcement or public safety, and must be capable of working independently. The ideal Security Officer will have a deep knowledge of public safety and will make quick decisions to resolve any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate and implement security policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the status of the security equipment and facilities.
- Respond to security-related inquiries and requests from staff, students, visitors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are properly functioning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
