Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
Our Security Officers at Estelle Manor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our members, their guests, our colleagues, and associated property throughout the 24hour operation. You will be able to assess, review and take appropriate action when working with a variety of disciplines. You will be responsible for compliance, minimising risk, and establishing a security presence throughout the estate and above all, be confident with communicating with our members and guests.
Who we are looking for
- Previous security experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Proven knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
